Need a last-minute gift, or just a little something special, for Easter? Look no further!
You can make these mini-marshmallow-sized bunnies in just a few minutes, and they are the perfect use for leftover scrap yarn!
The pattern can be knitted with sock yarn as shown, or you can expand the project by using thicker yarn and larger needles for a larger bunny.
However, I do have to say that these little mini bunnies are absolutely adorable!
Finished size of a bunny is about 3/4-inch long when needle size and sock yarn recommended are used.
For this project, you will need to know the following techniques:
CO = cast on
rnd = round
k = knit
st(s) = stitch(es)
kfb = knit into front and back of stitch (increases by 1 stitch)
k2tog = knit 2 stitches together (decreases by 1 stitch)
I definitely need to make a note here that these bunnies, when knitted to gauge, are very small and not appropriate for babies or small children!
