Splended Flower Pillow! (FREE Knitting Pattern)

The free knitting pattern for this beauteous flower pillow will add a springtime “pop” to any room!

Even if spring hasn’t yet sprung, you can introduce some brightness into your inside world with this cushy and huggable pillow!

This pattern is worked in the round and is very simple, requiring only decreases and very simple color changes. You will also need to know how to do increases.

The front and back of the pillow are identical and are knitted separately. They are then seamed together, and stuffed.

If this really isn’t your type of decor, however, any young girl you are acquainted would likely cherish one (or more) of these in her bedroom!

The approximate size of this finished pillow is approximately 20 inches in circumference (measured around the outside edge of the pillow).

The pillow pictured here was done in Bernat Alize Blanket EZ Yarn with Bright Pink and Cream colors, although there are a multitude of colors that would be impressive for this beautiful project! I have included links at Amazon if you don’t happen to have this yarn on-hand. Once at Amazon, you can choose from a large variety of different colors if pink isn’t really your “thing.” You will need two balls of the colored yarn, and one ball of the one that will represent the cream in the pillow you plan to knit.

This particular type of yarn is pre-looped, so using general worsted-weight yarn for this one likely won’t work well, and it is highly recommended that you use the Bernat Alize EZ. Here are links to the things you will need for this pattern:
